"Jeanne understood that we wanted the Italian experience, not an American hotel in Venice. The Hotel Arlecchino was beautiful and clean, with lots of marble and tile. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in providing maps to favorite tourist spots such as St. Mark's Square. They recommended restaurants with great food and reasonable prices.
We were there two days, went on a cruise for seven days and returned to the hotel for an additional three days. Jeanne also selected our Mediterranean cruise and gave us precise directions on how to get to the hotel from the airport, and to the cruise ship port from the hotel.
